Probably not. It's tied to chapter completion iirc. Getting a boost won't net you the legacy completion for the chapter unless there's a glitch. Also maybe try a different head

From what I heard, it wont count since it goes off the chapter 3 completion achievement (I think). I got a tiny bit of enjoyment playing my troopers as Major Warcrimes though.

So you know how Madness/Balance was doing well in pvp back in 4.0? Yeah that caused some complaints because having one burst heal is a crime in scrub eyes. So they complained, loudly, about Madness spec and BWA slapped the entire class' damage because they don't know how to do spec nerfs. Which still would've been dumb.
