There aren't many weapons with Normal II multipliers, which were the highest multipliers before Xeno Ifrit reared his ugly head. Only certain Celestial Beast weapons at level 100+ and the gacha weapons of limited characters have them.
... that said, in a magna grid you'd want a baihu weapon or second unk over Eugen's gun, and even in a titan build you'd be running vohu guns, baal axes, baal guns, etc. for the second effects.
If you need the stones, reduce it.
