Why aren't pushrods as successful as OHC in relevant professional racing series?

/thread

They won Le Mans and got banned.

>Daytona and Sebring
Not le mans, not spa, not nurburgring. Those are the "three"
Stay irrelevant

They won less times than OHV. with a artificial weight advantage.

Because of cuck regulations that's it. Theres nothing 'advanced" about a twin turbo v8 making less power than an "antiquated" ohv engine.
Ohc has been around for a long time too but memers and benchracers tend to just follow automotive marketing like trends

A gm engine has never ever won le mans
Stay btfo

"Professional" racing is irrelevant these days.

But i'm not, this thread is attacking OHV not LS engines.

>nurburgring

All Audi V10s, Benz/BMW V8s and Porsche outside of outliers like the old Foxtail Manta

Just a reminder that OHV is a newer technology that DOHC.
