Im constantly getting dp'd at random times and feels like I get crush countered every time I press a button

How do you solve having a character crisis? I've been playing GGXXAC+R for a while now trying to find a character when I'm not a poorfag for Xrd. Out of the characters I've tried, I found Ky easy to play, but also boring, Baiken was cool, but I can't last long in a real match, Sol's great, but I can't dustloop consistently, and Jam is fun, but I'm having trouble with execution. What do I do?
