i'm not an authority on treant as I only recently started to play him in ranked but I usually go for the de-facto aggressive orb of venom nature's guise at lvl 1
after that I proceed to getting my arcane boots (though honestly I don't know if you even need given that the +2 mana regen talent takes care of practically all your mana needs) and depending on whether I'm needed as an initiator or whether I can afford to take it slow, I'll get a blink or aghanim's respectively
after that you can just get the big items you want (refresher's orb, octarine, etc) because provided you're diligent in placing eyes of the forest everywhere, you'll be raking in 500+ gold every minute or so
