the comk effect is an afterthought, useless when it matters

the bleed on hit is nice but the attack speed penalty is too restrictive for cyclone and eq is now kill

Its trash, no way to decently scale both projectiles and physical. And unlike the ngamahu it requires you to kill to actually proc the bone nova. You can make it work with poison i guess, but why not use a better weapon that actually has attack speed.

Is path of building not counting weapon crit chance properly? I have a Hegemony equipped which has 8.25% crit chance but on the attack info it shows only 6.85% crit?

If there isn't, why even bother playing SSF HC?

Has GGG fixed the games lagging since Awakening? I played a ton of HC back then but the lag always had me on edge so I would play mobile builds like Firestorm. Didn't even know until recently that Firestorm/FB totems was meta. Going to play that next league.
