From what I've heard, Viaduct also isn't that great a map for demo in 6s.

Have you ever watched a competitive Sniper click somewhere that obviously isn't where the model's head is and yet gets a headshot anyway? You have to aim where the server believes their hitboxes are, not where your client sees them. This all depends on the stability of your connection and your ping.

I'm using the default cl_crosshair 2 (half cross with dot)

Every time the space between the dot and the cross resets when I restart my game or when I access the option menu.

I'll try to demonstrate with some screenshots.

No problem with fixed crosshair like the dot or the ring.
