>factory no roof
GM

>1958 sports car

Few from that era actually had a built in convertible roof.

...

just listening to the auctioneer in the background is really meditative

...

>tfw shit internet and can't stream it without it stuttering and pausing

the announcer is losing his shit that no one has enough money to pay what he thinks its worth

damn, 30 for a Mystichrome Termi, what a deal.

he said it would have to be closer to $40000 to sell
2008 5 series lowered ulgy ass wheels

sold for: 10000 JESUS CHRIST

I don't think they understand how auctions work. They've probably told the sellers they'll get them X amount or something stupid like that

thats near m5 money,
shitty m5 but still...

I like it

thats the anti Barrett Jackson lol

>no , your car isnt worth that much, fuck yourself.

>Nissan Patrol

WHOA NELLY

>they didn't televise the Cadillac V16

Bullshit!

>imokwiththis.jpg

>mfw

tfw all these car builders build up shitty pre 60s cars and they end up not selling at all

A 58-59 C1 restomod is my dream car

>Mr. Popo is now a car

This mother fucker gets so agry.
"build this yourself then!" "will cost you 20k for the donor car"

hes aggro because nobody bites lol

he is shitting himself one of those just sold at the beginning for nearly 100k

Is this the Baby Boomer thread?

My social security check didn't show up, who do I call?

meals on wheels

(pic unsold)

What the fuck am I listening to.

Man, It's getting a little depressing to watch. Sinking 60k into a number matching car to watch it sell for less than 30k must hurt. Number matching restorations seem pointless at this point, You might as well resto-mod or pro-tour the thing.

I wish I could find the reserve on some of these cars. Some of them seem to be very undervalued.

its about how it looks, if it isnt cool looking and special with the right options it will never even get close to all the money

2001 audi tt non R
sold 8k

>if it isnt cool looking and special with the right options it will never even get close to all the money
youtube.com/watch?v=jP07olF_RVY

Pretty much.

Kek. That's not too bad.
American Boomers confuse me.
>30k for a common as fuck mustang from 30 years ago.

They aren't sports cars or investments. They're boomer bait and "art" pieces.

Why is everything selling so cheap? I could buy one of these.

>BROWN Mustang
>R
>O
>W
>N

1971 mustang just sold for 15000

the prices were insane at the beginning of the auction, with some lots getting 6 digits

so what ive learned today is to wait and bid at the end of auctions, some of these cars are going real cheap

my benis

2014 ASVE FORD GT40 REPLICA

FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS

>40,000 for a GT40 replica

seems bretty good to me

>Muh Steve Mqueen.

>replica

You know you can just order and build one of those at any time, right?

>IT'S A BENTLEY!

OK guys you need to read this:
if he hasnt said that reserve is off than the car doesnt actually sell

the gt40 replica didnt meet the 50000 reserve so it didnt sell

bentley on the block right now

lol he wants 100k for a 05 continental GT
fuck outta here

LITERALLY fiero with a bodykit

kek

that milf opening the bonnet and doors is delicious

you know how much the whole thing costs ?

bout treefiddy and an afternoon?

sold 2005 bently continental gt $38000

hurr duur swap in an LS it only takes an afternoon

>camera had to zoom out to fit the continental in the frame
leld

What a deal.

I like the loli putting the stickers on the windshield

i wonder how much /hour pushing cars makes

100/10 would do

>^this one million times

if its in a color modern cars could never pull off and is covered in chrome, boomers will hop out of their wheelchairs and knock out their O2 tank lines to jump on it.

seeing foreign cars on the block is a real gem and makes me appreciate them more than all the 50s American stuff that rolls by

This was last year. Don't remember how much it went for, but I do remember kicking myself for not being there.

>mfw making lowball offers on car parts on classifieds and watching this

>cleaning my apartment
>not getting anything done.

Less than the fucking reserve, I tell you what.

im just hyper because im pulling my shitbox outta storage tomorrow or sunday depending on the weather

and I'm just fighting clutter.
>Do I put this turbo up on craigslist, or keep it in case I get a miata
>Do I really need 5 of the same allen wrench?
>Where did all this paper come from?
>Junk mail everywhere.
What's the shitbox getting for summer?

>79k for a 69 camaro

>Muh american muscle gauges

Why is there a garbage bag strapped to the bed?

it's the original engine

1997 FERRARI f355

>serviced 1500 miles ago
Useless info, when was the service
>rebuilt title
Surprised it broke 40k

SOLD $43000

Did I hear that right? the Ferrari's a rebuilt title?
How is that actually worth anything above 30k?

Yes.
Boomers.

>rebuilt Ferrari with rebuilt title that has been sitting for possibly quite a while.

>'69 goes for $79k
>'68 goes for $20k

depends on whats for sale on the classifieds lol.
Probably an intake and throttle body
any more than that and I need a mass air flow conversion.
That or a nitrous kit.
1988 LX Mustang

...

Not a terrible buy if you are an exotic car rental place. It's worth more than 30k even as a parts car, how much it's worth if the plan is to drive it depends on the actual service records and the reason it was a salvage at one point.

It's $100 to be a bidder plus tons of other fees and shit.

What year did Cafe come into place? My understanding is that there was a period mos American cars were horribly crappy, even by muscle car standards. I have a mental image of a brown on brown Mustang II.

>1991 Porsche 911
Hnngh

More than I can afford

>Dat rear window.

>rhd auto convertible 911
also was that rear window fucking smashed?

not sold @40000 5 thousand lower than the modified version

keep this in mind

>another '68 camaro selling for far less than the '69

It looked like clear packing tape. In all likelihood, someone who brought it over as soon as it became legal. Maybe even the importer put it up trying to get rid of it.

Yeah, that was a shame
I'd still drive it

they are going nuts over this jesus christ

but it was also a slushbox

>E type
hnnnng

also, entry fees vary between 350-1000
higher entry fee = higher min value
also you pay extra for prime-time

It's a fucking E-type.
I'm not into jags but it's still gorgeous.
Eh. Not like I can even make the most of a manual where I live.

...

Urgh this beetle is nasty.

>nobody wants the molested beetle
