Are suppression orders kill ?
I have shitload of suppression orders (guild quests or so) that are waiting to be reported to the NPC. Thing is, I can't find the NPC anywhere.
I haven't played since 2014, so I guess suppression orders aren't part of the game anymore (at least the ones I have), should I abandon them all, or is there still a way to get the quests rewards?

There are several quests that are bugged.
I have one where I'm supposed to report to Dougall in Velika, but when I ask him, he just says "I am Dougall".

They've been removed.
What's the name of the quest?

I don't know, but it's a story quest. The first you receive when you leave tutorial island.

Is it 'For the Federation!'? The one where you get your mount?

All yellow repeating quests are kill. Removed with ninja patch I think. Along with tokens they credited and npcs that took those tokens.

There's also green Alliance/Guild guest list in quest log, that's kill too along with alliance.

Supression orders were a thing in the past because EXP gain was shit in the original game. Nowadays, you get level 65 handed to you in no time for zero effort.
And alliance/old guild quests have been replaced by the new (and better) guild quests.

Even though I think tera's design is shit, that's a really fucking bad comparison

How were they relevant? I just explained here how they weren't. I also forgot to mention that Vanguard requests were added too, so supression orders were completely unnecessary.

Battle solutions lack the RP aspect. You don't even get an animation showing your character chugging it.
