It sort of does, limited rbf works in the sense it brings up your gear to 150/150 if you don't meet the requirements, but that would require people to take off a few pieces of gear or put on some weaker gear to do that.

The Higher your trade skill the you will have access to different trade items. Apparently some people can make some good money doing it, but its really boring. I would rather just run horses and sell them for AFK money or AFK fishing.
