And pCars has absolutely trash physics when it comes to anything near or over the limit

AC had by far and large the best road cars. So get AC.
Also do note that Thrustmaster shifters are sold separately and cost 150 euros. They're top notch quality but they're expensive.
So cough up ~600 currencies for T500 + TH8 or buy a Logitech wheel.

If you want to drive like in that video you really have no other choice on PC but Assetto Corsa.
rFactor 1/2 does not have a yellowbird nor nordschleife up to par
NFS Shift 1/2 suffers from the same problems as pCars
On consoles I suppose you can get somewhat there with GT6/Forza whichever, but on PC you're going AC or none for that experience
Cost of AC+DP1 (with Nordschleife) is €37, wheel is up to you

Forza Motorsport 6: Apex which has nordschleife & Forza Horizon 3 are available on PC
