Shield is only good if the other lanes use it to get hyper aggressive in trading.
If they don't, its a waste of skillpoints.
Leech is the best laning skill and midgame skill.
Stealth doesn't scale well.

The problem is basically you want to reach level 12, to have all skills except ulti maxed.
And Ulti isn't that great compared to Echo Saber + Basher

Ita skill where the regen is not even close to the damage block. Sitting around passive and get healed is LITERALLY wasting it.
Its why its often better to sit around and wait for people to get dived/ganked, and then apply it, because they are too braindead to take advantage of the massive lane advantage it gives them

Then again, this is a hero where going 2 2 4 0 is viable, because of how his skills scale. Or 4 2 1 1 if really snowballing.
He is also a hero that isn't stupidly level hungry, otherwise he would be a pain to play as

It's the same fucking shit as last patch, but with slightly less jungling. The same fucking hero picks (bar Lone Druid) as before, the same fucking pace as before, the same fucking laning as before.

However I believe that the player's nationalities are what you should be looking at. Otherwise the whole NA vs EU debate makes zero sense if you're going to just bend the rules so it's the most convinient for you.
