ELC gets the worst nerf of all, at least if you try to play it with the 90mm. There's no logical reason why they needed to nerf the DPM from bad to terrible at they same time they nerfed the penetration, HP, and speed too. WG is clearly only leaving in the 90mm for die hard fans of the old ELC and then making the 76mm so much better that everyone is forced to switch over.
