I tried a game where i swapped warbringer for the immune during parry talent yesterday and it actually worked out pretty well. Sucks not being able to charge as often but i feel like i can go ham on an enemy with no regard now. Atleast until both parries are on cooldown.

Playing support is a huge mistake, no matter what you do, you always get to see people go in solo, ignore objectives, get ganked, start flaming and when things are looking a little bright then someone DCs

But that's a created character, they can make the dragon 20 feet or whatever that is. Deathwing is like 100 feet. A midget in a tiny tank is one thing, it's not too much of a stretch. Deathwing would be destroyed as a result of scaling this severe.

The problem with Hots is they have to take characters that already exist and copy the looks from the blizzard universe, rather than creating interesting new characters. HotS is just an ad game for other blizzard product.

I do wish they had more creative freedom, but people scream and shout when characters like Lunara or Brightwing are introduced because they didn't exist in the blizzard universe before.

If you're only level 60 just drop down to expert and get to 70. Monster scaling can be weird leveling up, especially in the range you're in right now. Once you hit 61 craft as much new gear for yourself as you can and it should last you to 70 just fine.

What about gems? I replaced all of my diamond ones with strength ones before and it seemed to do almost nothing to my damage, so I just put the diamond ones back.

Keep the best ruby you have in the helm for xp bonus, other than that it really doesn't make too much difference. Item level is probably a bigger factor for you right now
