Leviathan and Ultros are the bigger ones. Ultros has the Golden Ratio FC with people that actually play the game if you want people to fuck around with, and Leviathan also has a bunch of Veeky Forums people but I haven't heard if they have a formal FC or not.

Gilgamesh is also fine and has a lot of good players, but you're attached to Balmung for DF/PF so your quality may vary wildly.
