Thats a tach delete onThis is from same body civic as the one he posted. 03-05 have only 3 holes for the tach speedometer and one for the temp and fuel gauge. They used the 01-02 housing for a rigged up 03-05 dash and didn't put tach in likely because they couldn't fit it. Pic is my 01 civic.
