They actively removed good lore to replace it with shit lore written by a 5 year old.
They removed planet chat, forcing all chat into one channel (making it fucking unreadable and incomprehensible)
They reset worlds multiple times after saying they wouldn't (erasing colonies that took fucking ages to make)
When given feedback by shit players who only bought the game for the most recent update, they listened intently. When given feedback by the roleplaying community which had been around since the game was even playable, they absolutely and utterly ignored us and basically said "you're not very important".
