Maybe the pollen could work as a screen nuke, kinda like Flash Man or Bright Man, where it stops all enemies from moving while slowly doing damage at the same time. However, it doesn't cover the whole screen, instead being patches of pollen clouds that you have to avoid while fighting her.

Maybe it'd be something like the Guts Arm, where you could use it on specific blocks to break them apart, with chunk flying off to all sides, or you could use it as a melee weapon if there aren't any blocks to take advantage of.
