Just advertise mate, you'd be surprised at what you'll be able to find provided you're playing a DPS with some utility. Bear in mind, they made Tanking and Healing more appealing to DPS players this expac, so the pool isn't quite as overfilled as it normally is

After that, it's just a case of networking. If you can help provide smooth fast runs on a consistent basis AND people know you mainly play healers, they'll be chomping at the bit to get you signed to a guild or at least keep contact with you
