Daily reminder no one likes bikers

Daily reminder no one like people that don't like bikers.

Daily reminder that females like men who bike, yet dbt is gay

So I want to continue that ZX10R/S1000RR/liter peter/1299 discussion from the last thread.

I want to make it clear that the 190~ horsepower figure I am referencing is WHEEL horsepower. Both the S1000RR and 4th Gen ZX10R easily make this with nothing but a downloadable ECU flash.

These jap bikes that you say have "caught up" have absolutely not caught up. They are doing roughly 180-190 at the crank which translates to 160 at the wheel. I saw a R1M dynod last week with a ECU flash and a full exhaust and it was barely putting down 175 to the wheel. The same for the GSXR 1000 and the same for the Honda CBR1000RR. None of these bikes compare to the ZX10R or S1000RR

It's sad but that is the truth.

How do you store your balls when you ride? Heavy braking neuters me.

>with nothing but $500 and an afternoon
>with nothing but a sawzall and a weekend

Help me decide between an f800st, vfr 800 or tdm 900?

In ur mum fagget. But just get a more confortable seat if its that bad or sit further back

>Both the S1000RR and 4th Gen ZX10R easily make this with nothing but a downloadable ECU flash.

I'm pretty sure BMW claimed the 2015+ S1000RR is 198 at the wheel.

VFR800, get that sweet sweet v4 exhaust note.

F800 is comfy and okay looking, VFR sounds good, kinda comfy and decent looking, Yam is shitty looking and comfy.

Pick between sound and comfort.

It probably is. That bike is nuts. This bike is bone stock except for -1 in the rear

youtube.com/watch?v=HhbMyabZuLQ

>tfw feeling when

Anyone have that "dump the bitch, make the switch" meme?

>Yam is shitty looking

I like it.

It's pretty ugly imo, and definitely the ugliest of the 3.

Why are there no adventure/trail bikes with a circular headlight?

vfr bby

...

>that puddle
>user, I'm so thirsty *sputter*

Got the essentials

To expand on this, you can supercharge the VFR for go fast, or you can get full luggage for go long.

>3 bananas
>no activated almonds
you're not gonna make it

Some people just wanna ride a nice big comfy cruiser.

>those leg-wind protector things
>implying you go that fast

The VFR interceptor is an awesome bike, will run literally forever if you change the oil, and the hydrolic valves never need to be adjusted.

Why not both?

>no astroglide

user, you know better

The more wind protected you are, the lower the temperatures you can ride in, especially for extended amounts of time like you would on a cruiser. You know, those spring or fall days that are nice during the day but you have a day long trip planned and have to start in the morning when it's still 40 degrees.

week 2 of wanting a bike but being too much of a pussy to go buy one

fuck off wr

what did you do?

British Sprocket on a Jap bike.
I r8 3/17

Post >yfw Lorenzo threw his Ducati last race

cool

is £30 normal for a chain and sprocket set for a little 125?

Parked my bike in Berlin. Went outside, there she was.

>he doesnt have the aftermarket tank-pussy with added ball-space.

>Berlin

you deserve it

Can you please wait at least until after the following race before posting spoilers like that? Some of us have lives and can't watch the races the day they happen. Or discuss it while it's happening, or at least warn others.

its been 4 days...

very rude

Did you find the bastard you did that?

vinales won, rossi got 2nd, marquez crashed out

overall a fairly boring race

Yes, 4 weekdays on which productive members have to go to work to enable your fat ass to sleep until noon and jack off to Chinese cartoon pornography so they lack the energy to stay up more than an hour after coming home to watch grown men on crotch rockets going in circles.

No, how would I? Whoever dunnit also tipped over two other bikes so if I had, that fucker would be lying around like that himself now.

Cmon man don't be like that

Wow you sound really mad. Besides I didnt spoil the whole race unlike that other user.

...

Why are you just making shit up?
motorcyclenews.com/news/first-rides-tests/2017/april/superbike-shootout-results-in-mcn/

The dyno may be generous or conservative, but all the runs were done on the same day, they are all within 15 rwhp. I posted this last thread but you didn't reply, I suppose it's hard when someone points out your made up numbers. Not to mention that the 1299 put down the fastest lap time and the ZX10 was the slowest of the 7.

If I saw someone do that even to someone else's bike I would probably go to jail.

just ride a bike without a tank.

This picture from Rockerbox?

Headlight is circular.

Let them hang off the sides

This is why I always have anxiety when parking on the street.

-.^

...

this makes me so angry, worse than animal cruelty!

tank grips.

they help keep you from sliding forward.

...

>2013 R1200GS for £3995 near me

must be too good to be true.

>Need to take my headers off to wrap them all
>V-twin so one in the back, one in the front
>One in the front I need to take off the oil cooler
>One in the back snakes through the swingarm and shit, goes right past the rear shock and under the bike
>Look it up online
>18 steps with swivel sockets and extenders and shit
mfw

Nah, it was a vintage show in Dania, Florida.

That's WAY to low, like half the price as it should be.

It's either stolen or broke down when they stole it.

mileage?

so don't wrap them?

They already are wrapped, it's like 10 year old wrapping and looks like shit though.

I already have the new stuff, just need to set some time aside for it.

HI there

I'm thinking about buying a dirt bike to explore some of the service roads here in washington. Any recommendations? 2 stroke vs 4 stroke? Ive strapped a 70cc 2stroke to my bike before but this is my first real bike.

46,000 miles is next to nothing on these.

All the bikes are insanely cheap at this one, he has a VFR 800 for something like £1600.

Maybe he just isn't a complete Jew?

Final drive has probably just failed outside of warranty or some shit

Do you want a street legal bike you can legally ride on the road and trails? If so then get a DR-Z400S

2 smokes are cooler

>year 55
That's almost 2000 years old.
Acceptable miles.

But it's way too cheap. What the fuck is wrong with it?

not particularly, I was planning on buying one of those tilt hitches and driving to the mountains. I live about an hour away from the nearest big trail so riding there would be a pain. I dont have my license either.

there's a 2004 YZ250F on craigslist for 2200 which i was considering. Any other brands other than yamaha i should look into?

don't know but I am going to go pay him a visit to see if its genuine.

It's biking season so this thing isn't going to be there for long.

>not wanting a Nero era GS

he's also got a FJR1300 knocking about for £2600

That's crazy.

I heard that they're more peppy, though a 4 stroke could be nice. I'm not too worried about doing jumps and stuff, just exploring

Here's the guy's website

kenurwinmotorcycles.com/index.html

Fjr is sikh

Check out the big 4 jap brands.

YZ250F is a pretty good bike, I'd check that out.

What gauntlets do you goys recommend for warm weather hooning

that's not a particularly great price for that bike. If you're buying a high strung 4-stroke that old you should have at least another $1000 in your budget to rebuild it. MX engines are likely to be near the end of their life if they have actually been ridden frequently for that time.

Tuono superduke or monster 1200s?

Perforated leather

I wear these, they are excellent, costed me £65

thanks for the help

seattle.craigslist.org/est/mcy/6062819048.html
here's the listing, what should i look out for when buying dirt bikes?

Really? Good to know. Is around $2500 the low end when it comes to dirt bikes? I dont want to spend more than $3000.

thoughts on this one? seattle.craigslist.org/sno/mcy/6069914004.html
2 stroke, i think but looks cleaner than the other one

I like the Tuono but take them both out for test rides and see what's best?

The V4 sounds godly, best sounding bike on the market IMO.
youtu.be/q3WdxhXlLpc?t=1m56s

anything with pef leather. I got some Alpinestars GP Techs for $130. Slid out from a lowside in them twice and they're still holding up really well. Much better value than most of the garbage you see for cheap.

or this one, same guy cleaner bike
seattle.craigslist.org/sno/mcy/6084921674.html

Ye well I like the tuono the most as well, just concerned about reliability. Ktm and new ducati seems a bit better on that side.

Also I'd get jailed up with an exhaust like that here.

>Going that fast with aerodynamically unstable bags

not a 2 stroke. Basically if it has an F in the model, it's a 4 stroke.

this one looks to be the best of the ones you've posted

Where in washington ? Will you be my service road shitbike friend ?

im happy with my axo pro race xt

define warm tho...

>2 stroke
>CRF
no that's still a 4 stroke.
The CRF looks like better value than the YZ.
I would also consider this: seattle.craigslist.org/oly/mcy/6084406042.html
It's obviously in rougher shape than the others, but the KDX is known to be a much more reliable bike. Plus it leaves enough in your budget to rebuild basically everything.
And a 525 wouldn't be my recommended bike for a beginner but if you're brave consider this: seattle.craigslist.org/est/mcy/6085422717.html
