Arans are great bossers with good mobility and are pretty flashy. Being able to solo hard magnus and CRA bosses are easier to accomplish now with 5th job released.

10b should fetch you clean superior gollux gear (two pendants, earring, belt and ring) along with clean CRA gear. Find yourself a nice, trustworthy guild in your server and buy gollux scroll services. Scroll your CRA gear with spell traces or you can wait for another trace fever event and go big. Boss everyday for cubes and farm nodestones to resell or use.

I think a minimum range for an Aran would be 800k with 100%+ boss and 90% IED is highly recommended and needed for chaos vellum.

bishops are still wanted but you're probably too weak for anything that people still want them for (lucid, hard lotus, hard damien). you might as well be an hs mule like all the others at easy empress if you aren't strong enough.
