#1. "What Makes the Sky Blue?" Part 2
- New story and raid (Extreme+ Sandaplhon)
- New enemy element: Type Null (Will attack with one of the 4 basic elements)
- New honor and badges rewards (including baha HL horn)
- Completing the new "Bahamut's Trial" solo stage allows you pick a Bahamut Nova weapons of your choice
#2. 3rd Anniversary Skins Revealed
- Four Dragon Knights
- Narumea
- In addition, the skins you equipped will now appear in both your party and profile pages
#3. New Rank Cap
- 175 -> 200
#4. Limit Bonus System
- Lv Maxed Characters will now continue to earn "LB points" xp, which can be used to boost the stats of that character (similar to the zenith/EMP system)
- In addition to stat boosts, the new LB system will also allow you to allow new passives for your chars
- LB zenith perks apply to all version of a particular character
- Each of the 5 character types (ATK, DEF, BL, HEAL, SPE) will have a different set of zenith skills
- Will be implemented in waves (new batch per month)
#5. Buff to R characters' Ougi multiplier

I expect this to be littered with non-stackables and diminishing returns. This won't make bad characters good if it's the same for every character, it will just make broken characters even more broken.
