according a person on the scanlation team for the anthology, it's been scanned (not posted anywhere though), but is still being translated as far as i know.

A scanlator group is going to translate it, but they haven't finished it yet.

at most, i think the anime, backstory and cutscenes work as a bit of characterization, and it's weird to ME when people deviate too much from them, yeah. like, seeing an interpretation of potter that has no personal sense of justice doesn't make sense to me, or a potter that isn't at least a little cocky, etc. but it's in no way wrong for players to interpret him within those parameters based on their own answers during playthroughs. that's what you're supposed to do with a mostly silent protag.
