Is there skill based matchmaking in casual or am I just getting super unlucky? I've noticed recently almost all of my casual games are with entire teams on both sides ranked gold and higher.

They fixed it the day after it was reported, but you have to wait until the 14th to receive the patch because a hotfix would desync the PC and console builds.
