Damaging an enemy with Torb's primary weapon leaves a lingering effect on them for around 5 seconds, and is treated as a debuff (can be removed by Zarya bubbles or Mercy's eventual cleanse ability).
Torb can tell when an enemy is affected by this debuff, but the indicator doesn't show up through walls like Zenyatta's discord indicator does.

Any enemy affected by this debuff takes additional damage from Torb's turret, whether the turret is at level 1, 2, or 3.

Personally I'd love a mode where whatever hero you spawn as has their weapon, abilities, and Ultimate scrambled and randomized for those of all other heroes.

It's virtually impossible and would never ever work, but I still love the mental image of Reinhardt holding Tracer's tiny pistols in his massive hands, while boosting around and wall riding with Lucio's music.

The hardest part (animations fitting the model) shouldn't be that hard to get to work if someone made a script for SFM. I'm not sure about the coding though. The way you described it would make it much harder, that's for sure.

Heroes like Genji, Orisa and Ana have so much utility and fun abilities, while heores like Reaper, Zarya, Winston have so straightforward and little unique abilities.

I wish we had like +1 additional ability for every hero.

They're going to work on giving characters without an M2 ability/attack one, so there's that.

More abilities and variety would be fun - starting from even something as simple as different running speeds and melee damage.

But the problem is that they've "overstuffed" the characters you mention. I'd rather remove stuff from Ana and Genji, than randomly add stuff to other heroes.
