The devs are aware of that, too: that Lawbringer and Raider have impressive 4v4 winrates and that most of Lawbringer's kills come from the environment.

The nobushi is similar to warden and PK, it's a crutch character. It's a character where low skilled players can beat higher skilled players because of how good the class. That's why it makes people mad, bad players can beat them, and there's nothing they can do about it, unless they stand there for 2 minutes blocking every single one of nobushi's attacks until she runs out of stamina or makes a mistake.

Unless you're an assassin, you can't punish her. Blocking her attacks does nothing to her, parrying just pushes her back and you cant punish her even with another nobushi.
