There is a google translate plugin that will give you a terribad translation for the things that you do not have a translation for yet. It's supposedly possible to set it up to use another translator though.

I just don't understand why none of these plugins just copy shit to clipboard while they're at it. Same with TranslationPlus. They're already processing each string, just pass it to the user as well, in case he wants to try other translation tools

A THIRD guy made the Illya Lancer mod but didn't tag it as CM3D2 on twitter so it was borderline impossible to find

Install the 1.12 patch
Install the other patch to the latest version (which is like 1.47 now)
Install all the DLC you want
Get yourself the sybaris AIO and the translation plus plugin, all in the pastebin.
Get yourself mods from the various sources in the pastebin too, if you want.

the entire folder called Sybaris goes into the main game directory
Then you copy the opengl.dll (32 bit or 64 bit) into the main game directory too

It not launching is related to the locale emulator, see above. Not Sybaris. It's borderline impossible to fuck with sybaris enough to make the game not launch

Merging the Sybaris folder contents into the main folder is still a very bad idea.
It's only really wrong about the locale emulator part and it does tell you that setting your system locale to japanese is a backup
