From what I understand they're bringing back that quest that awards the Hero to people for free. Like, play X games with a friend who owns Cho'gall and you get him.

The original event also offered gold to the original owner of the Hero, which was a bit of an incentive for people to help and all that.

I didn't get a chance to try out all his builds but he does lack the sustained damage of Gaz, at least outside his Pylon R

New player here. How accurate is the tier list in the OP?
I always like playing characters with ice magic whenever a game has them, but Jaina is listed as just "viable"
So far I've tried her, Leoric and Muradin, Leoric feels pretty solid all around.

as someone who used nazeebo to climb out of mmr where people actually pick nova, you just wanna sit behind tower and safely farm your passive and get 4 if they're doing dumb meme shit with the early lanes

why muradin or etc doesn't get touched more is really strange. it's like they designed the best tanks at first and now every tank after have to have some specific niche

I feel like the damage on probe turrets is really very strong but they don't last long enough to use as like a stationary defense somewhere. The best use for them is warding off stealthies with the full turret build and that's it.

So since they are only buffing meme heroes like murky and gazlowe, who is next?

If only they lasted long enough for that.

It's one turret that lasts for 11 seconds and is unusable for the first second, does pathetic damage, can't be manually targeted and doesn't even prioritize heroes.
Even if you take the talent that reduces the cooldown every time it hits a hero, you only get an overlap of about 2-3 seconds before your first turret dies. Not to mention that the turret is utterly countered by summons or simply killing the pylon or turret itself.

I see Probius being a niche pick for maps like Blackhearts bay or tomb of the spider queen, where you can use pylon overcharge to reliably zone out the enemies from turning in the objective

I think the talents for turret need to be rethought. He's still a good area denial and burst hero, but turret feels like a waste.

What's wrong with her?

She's constantly on both teams. I don't care about facing her since she's shite but I always get the XxXNarutoXxX master ninja on my team who is constantly trying to 1v5 and gets BTFO every time.

Last five games I've had a Valeera on my team with 15+ deaths.

he needed some talent diversity buffs Rune Tap was shit but overall, he was viable.

Meanwhile, uther has gotten so far behind that I haven't seen him in months.

Here's how we fix turrets

Probius is a specialist, meaning his viability will always vary by match.

Right now he's insanely good at locking down areas, so he could be good on maps like Sky Temple, Infernal Shrines, Battlefield, Braxis, Blackheart, and Spider Queen.

He's fine, great wave clear and unlimited resources makes him more viable than most heroes even with a shitty turret build.

Lunara buffs when? She is literally shit at everything.

Uh, no, she's not. She's a very powerful damage-dealer and kiter, as well as a hard counter to most stealth heroes, that are currently very popular.

Use Lunara to shit on Valeera during this free week's rotation.

She has low damage, her speed isn't enough anymore and she dies very fast. someone like Valeera at 20 can blow her up in 1 or 2 seconds.

Her 20% base movement speed is actually pretty weak, she has no burst either, her slow is also completely garbage. She is only for spread damage, she has the lowest burst of any assassin by a fair amount.

not true her damage is actually pretty low she can do spread damage but her damage in general is low as fuck and she isn't even a good kiter compared to a lot of other currently good characters

Of course Valeera can blow her up, she's an anti-assassin, and at level 20 she makes huge damage. That's a given and ought to be that way.

Lunara definitely doesn't have low damage. You don't play her correctly, it seems. In the right hands she's one of the best damage dealers in the game, right now.

You are definitely mistaking high damage for her spread slow damage. If you get her poison on a lot of people you will get high damage

If a lunara is ever out damaging any assassin on single targets that person was playing like trash. There is a reason she is not played, because she is too easy to kill, has no burst and is just all around useless currently.
