Assault rifles other than the CAR-4 are viable.

Weapons don't feel like lasers anymore

I'd love to see a future based Payday. Simply you're bank robbers but in the future. Laser guns, shields ect. Total science fiction silliness.

I'm a sucker for cheesy science fiction. They're always "You must save the universe from this evil space army!" I'd think it'd be cool to have a more casual setting in a futuristic game.

heres the reason why : The team behind Raid: World War II chose to work with Diesel, an engine made by Overkill Software (ex-Grin Studios), because they have an extensive experience on working with the engine

If it has five heists and two guns for each character I'll probably buy it.

Before the """balance""' I had multiple viable weapons for a low conc grinder build, after that they pretty much nerfed several pistol damages to the ground and made it nigh impossible to self sustain ammo on, which also applied to a lot of other weapons.

Fucking cavity got shafted hard that it couldn't even be considered a low conc weapon anymore like it was intended. With the ""balanced"" recoil and ammo pickup rate, you're guarenteed to bleed ammo.
