You have a couple of chances NOT to rape. Only a couple though.

Make some generic Kalars that are foot soldiers.

Sill, Suzume, Kou and the Demon Army scenes are unavoidable. You'll need to vassalize everyone though. This means your army will be limited to those you can recruit without conquering.

Sill and Suzume aren't rape.

Index #3, the former Free Cities, is going to become Archfiend(hue) Rance so you can have bonus gameplay if you take the Archfiend Rance route
I've allocated the hardcoded 19 countries (Leazas, Rebels, ArchfiendRance, AL, Nippon, Helman, Patton, Kayblis, Hornet, Thieves, Zeth, Kalar, TheO, Ice, Red, Custom, Portugal, Shangri-La, Pentagon) so no more trying to break apart my countries (lol)
