When installed, there is an air box that delivers outside air to the turbocharger inlets that is mounted between the rear of the plenum and the turbocharger inlets.

How can a turbine who's choke flow is reached low in the engine operating speed be effective at high operating speed where there may be more than five times the amount of gas in the exhaust tract, yet the housing has been choking since a few thousand rpm ago?
