I kinda hope we get another mainline game with the trio of Sonic/Shadow/Silver. 06 was hot garbage, but I liked the concept of three main guys a lot.
At the very least, that insane man is porting Sonic 06 to PC. Playing Sonic 06 on my PC felt dirty.

Both Sonic 1 and Crash 1 were pretty rough around the edges, but I think Sonic 1 edges it out over Crash 1, so I'd give it to Sonic as a whole, since both their sequel games are fantastic.

Like most plot questions in SA2, you can see that they really only change these details to try and make memorable moments. That cut-scene is a really good one for both characters when you ignore that little oddity. Same with the one where she's able to fly (showing shadow that news paper)
Hell, chaos control is a concept that only exists for cut-scenes and the second fight with sonic/shadow.
