This is with a fully maintained army, full quality AND offensive ideas with more troops, better troops, a better general and no terrain penalty.

I think it's pretty obvious, you got steamrolled in the shock phases.

Play it as a minor or unaffiliated major and see for yourself. It's an amazing mod and goes differently every time. I recommend Japan, Austria, maybe Russia.

Your army composition sucks. You're ideally supposed to have 1:1 infantry/artillery and about 4k cavalry +- 1k. This is in reality very fucking expensive but you should still have at least a 1 to 0.75 ratio of infantry to arty.

Depends on the outcome. In my last Russia campaign, I had declared war on Germany through an event chain during WW2. Ended up partitioning the continent between Totalists (West) and Capitalists (East), which lead to a cool cold war scenario as I had to build up against the Socialist powers, and ended in a nuclear war over the continent.

This one is more focused (on Westeros), have more provinces, actually looks like it has a better map and is set during the Andal Invasion, which is like a few thousand years before the ASOIAF mod. That being said, I agree that it's probably a huge waste of time.
