It's based on the decimal, I think: you were closer to a whole number than he was, so you got what you needed to round you off.

Crunch has one of the fastest jungle clears imo and you aren't strafing if you're taking a ton of damage; it reduces the damage you take significantly.

There should be more stuff and mechanics in general. The problem is that EBIN was to lazy to balance every single one they added back on Legacy, so they decided to scrap them
