What's your point?

Lincolns will be on the D6 platform beginning in 2019, independent from Ford

Starting with the navigator, the switches and buttons are different from other Fords

But le Ford xdddddd

honestly
if I want a new floaty landbarge cruiser right now?
I would probably go with a lincoln continental

More like American auto makers desperately trying to reclaim the prestige they had decades ago but still refuse to let go of the practices that led them to lose their prestige.

>D6 platform

Millions of dollars developing a FWD / AWD platform. For what purpose? So they can say lincolns arent parts bin cars?

>Americans
You mean old people? No one under the age of 50 is buying Lincolns.

well to give Ford little credit... at least they've become self aware on how Lincolns are literal rebadged top of the line Ford cars. Guess they are trying to differentiate them both... in a very mediocre way.

Its FWD/AWD/RWD

For what purpose? So they can say that Audis arent parts bin cars?

I'm glad Lincoln is giving a middle finger to performance luxury. The world needs more comfy luxo barge cruisers.
