Duoala, Cameroon. there are different places in Africa that are almost civilized, other areas are just sun baked run down mid-century cities while the rest are mudholes. Cameroon is about in the middle, some parts are shitholes, but the bigger cities have nicer areas where you can safely walk around and have a cold beer and nice French dinner.
