If i still on RXtools is there a easy way to go to Luma?

Sega Archives 3 and Blaster Master Zero didn't work, stuck on 3ds screen, and i was told that it's because i'm still on RXtools.

Didn't bother before because everything was working.

Now i'm afraid to fuck things up and lose stuff.

also playing PS3 backups without CFW/ODE is not worth it because compatibility sucks and it takes forever to setup.

who the fuck back in the days of cake and RXtools didn't have a dual firmware setup? launch the explote from 9.2 and run the CFW off the SD partion so you can update easy peasy with no worry of this shit.

old 3ds is the original 3ds/3ds xl as well as 2ds, new 3ds is the one with more powerful hardware super stable 3D and a cstick, hacking wise the n3ds gets more out of it

"New 3DS" have better specs like better CPU (but normally games dont utilize that at all and there is only one cart game that require N3DS - Xenoblade), little bigger screen, much improved 3D effect (thanks to camera, it wont gets broken the moment you move your head at bit) and additional, small stick (not very comfortable to use but at least you dont have to buy additional on your own) that gets VERY useful in games like Monster Hunter.

Recently I've come across a couple games like Spirit of Justice that sit forever on the 3DS loading screen when launched and never start. I'm running a9lh+luma(nightly updated about a week ago)+11.2. My first guess would be the firmware needs updating, though I hate doing that unless it's absolutely necessary(I'd also kind of expect the game to throw an error instead saying to update). Any chance this is a known problem caused by some other short list of reasons?

there really is no guide for CFW. if you have a 3.55 or lower PS3, you stick whatever CFW you want on a USB and install it via system update. Done.

Get a slim over a fat because they use less electricity, generate less heat/fan noise, and are more likely to not be defective (broken bluray drive) or on the verge of death (ylod).

Vitashell has had USB support for awhile now. Just transfer maidump folders from your PC to Vita directly. No need to rename to mp4 or do anything special.

Because I have EU N3DS and according to little posts exchange I had in previous iteration of this general, its better to install games from my console region, to connect with proper servers for online play and avoid problems with updates and sometimes, third party devs can ban people from using different region, even if Nintendo dont do that on its own.
