Go search up some tailoring guide so you can make bags / items and sell em for a decent price.
Alchemy and Herbalism make profit plus they`re useful even if you`re a plate user unlike tailroing.

Skinning is for vendoring skins. You'll be 30 gold closer to your mount at 40.
Only pick Alchemy when you can level all the way to 280 and craft Arcanite Bars.

I just followed the old leveling spec (combat>assassination) in the OP and it was pretty much a breeze after getting my first decent weapon.

Crestfall PTE will kill Elysium, Elysium has already hemorrhaged 60% of their population and CF isn't even out.

crestfall can become relevant by releasing. there's currently no competition for vanilla private servers, crestfall releasing can only be a good thing because it forces both servers to improve if they want to have the majority of the playerbase

with no apparent release date and just hopeless conjecture to support the "few months" meme, the private server scene is just going to outright die when Elysium fails to deliver AQ.
crestfall isn't going to be up in time to catch the windfall of players.
with every month, there's going to be less people willing to play.

I`d rather have 2.5k people online than 6k. You literally cant level up. It would be rather better for CF to maintain a decent poppulation and not like it was with Nost. 10k people online at the same time, every zone filled with cucks, chink chinks every second, cancerogenic Amerifats etc.

I much preffer a stable server with a mid to average poppulation. ( 2500-3500 at max)

At least that way leveling will be way easier, its easier to get into a guild, its easier to do PvE since there wont be 50000000k people infront of the instances camping like dogs.

There might be some pluses to having a big population but in the end there are endless amounts of cons to it.
