Think I'm gonna go wild hunter as my main, and make a xenon, angelic buster, bowmaster for the +dex cards. What else should I include for link skills and other cards? Probably another archer and another pirate for the card set bonuses.

I meant the launcher's from 2015 when the latest version is from Dec 2016

I doubt October can get the server running on his own due to the technical issues "OfficialEllinia" mentioned (otherwise he would have released it on his own for easy money), Anima is probably still involved in some way.

Epic pot scrolls are cheap, and it'd cost about 1b to star force to 5* if you're not really unlucky, so the clean one and the epic 5* would be about the same price if you don't mind the bad scrolling
The epic unscrolled one is a complete ripoff, 6%str isn't that good and you'd want to reroll it before too long
