To be honest the more human nobodies strike me as a bit weird. It's still canon that their emblem was put there by Xemnas meaning they should have bodies under their clothes, but we don't know what they look like. They are also smarter than heartless. So I guess maybe?
But the only really human looking ones are the org leaders.
