That's the only way gifting trading works far as I know, I've seen some people do it. Like for example they ask for Dandelion and will gift a pearl item in return.
If you ask me it's a shitty way to trade but I really want some costumes and at least a value pack so I'm willing to go to at least some effort.

So, user from earlier. Friend gave me account. I'm looking to probably play either Warrior, Valkyrie, Dark Knight, or Maewa. Can you all give me a rundown of the pros/cons of those classes, compared to each other? They all seem pretty fun, big fan of sword-combat.

How "hard" is it to TRI something myself? I've got all DUO weapons and I've noticed the price for TRI is pretty much double on everything, so I'd be better trying to get the upgrade myself.

I've never enchanted an item myself besides getting the guaranteed +5/+7 stuff.

Warrior - High damage, relatively low effort, good defensively and offensively
Valkyrie - Lower damage, one of the hardest to play well, great defensively, okay offensively, decent support ability
Dank Knight - High damage, low effort, annoying to gear because FotM, fast and flashy
Maewha - Decent damage, high effort, very very fast, decently complex, underplayed because muh meta, poor defensively but massive speed to make up for it

FotM? I was also considering Sorceress/Witch, since I'm a sucker for magic and flashy effects. Thanks, btw.

Witch - High damage, AoE damage monster, also FotM, decent support options, destroys everything in siege, slow as balls

FotM - Flavor of the Month, everyone is playing them right now because of buffs/new

Warrior

+Very strong in both PvE and PvP
+Can move VERY fast at incredible hihg speed
+Versatile, can be THE WALL with pre awakening and one of the highest burst damage classes with awakening

-Isn't a cute Waifu
-Going fast is like a 9 ability combination that takes practice to learn

Valk

+Is a cute Waifu

-Is pretty much just a worse warrior in almost every way

Dark Knight

+Good Damage
+Fucking tons of CC with low cooldowns

-No awakening yet
-Good luck ever getting any DK gear on the marketplace

Maewha

+Can go twice as fast as Warrior with 1 button

Warrior and Valk start out slow, sword/board.
Warrior becomes Guts, Valkyrie becomes slower.
People shit on valk because her damage and speed is low. After playing her since I started, 6 months ago or so, I can't argue against that and I 'main' Maewha now.

Dark Knight feels slow at the very start, but once you get the hang of it you're just dashing between mob groups and cutting everything down.

Maewha is a blast, fast and flashy. So much fun to swap from sword to spear and back. A shame the bow moves aren't very useful and not used with the spear at all. Also she can go edgelord two katana mode, but I never use it myself.

Daily reminder that this is what is considered "Contest Winning" on reddit.

I'd recommend at least leveling a Dark Knight because the current event will give you a decent amount of money with a chance of getting a large amount of cash.

All right. Think I've decided. Considering how difficult it'd be to get the gear for Witch/Dark Knight, I think I'll be playing Sorc. Any tips for CC? I tend to screw it up somewhere along the line, and don't want to make an abomination.

I thought Valk was pretty fast with the shield dashes and righteous charge, maybe not Maewha fast, but still pretty good.

I spent my time focusing on grinding for silver on my Valk and levelling a bunch of classes.
The movement options of everyone else I played (Kunoichi, Maewha, Ranger, Sorceress, Witch and Dark Knight) leaves Valk in the dust.
Witch and Ranger are almost as slow, but Valkyrie dashes being locked to 3 charges until awakening is a hassle.
On top of that her damage numbers make her slow to kill tougher mobs.
Don't get me wrong, I love her to death, I love being a tanky monster that shrugs off everything out there, but when my Maewha with 30 less AP kills shit at least twice as fast and moves faster overall, and can just press RMB to dodge, I have to pick the class that feels better to play.

I don't know, even with only 2 dashes unlocked so far I still feel just as fast as my Sorc/Witch, and even faster than Dark Knight. It's definitely more challenging to use though, since pressing Shift+Q in the wrong order or too fast makes you do that buff instead.
