Now if we ignore turn 1 on both rounds(since turn 1 round 1 lasted over 24 hours, they didn't restart on release or something) we get:
R1: 336:00:00
R2: 338:10:49

Round 2 was longer only by 2:10:46, because turn 3 in round 2 lasted 8:10:46 for some reason.
Every other turn lasted 6 hours.

Both rounds had the same number of turns.

It's not just 1v1 winrate. They have several different metrics and statistics they use, on top of community feedback, to influence their balance decisions.

Peacekeeper wasn't "buffed" because of her winrate. She was bugfixed because a core part of her kit was not working correctly ever since launch, on top of a small quality-of-life buff to let her confirm a light off a parry.

You can still do pretty well in 4v4 modes without a high gear score. It's definitely harder though. Don't feel bad about running away when some revenge stacking shitter pops revenge.
