It's half and half. Gnome and Dwarf players are usually cool and Troll and Tauren players are top tier Horde bros. I don't think I've ever had a problem with those players.
I do have a strong belief that the worst players are usually blood elves.

I've had more people leave during keystone wipes on Horde than Alliance.
