I don't think it's actually possible to max her co-op by then. You'd have to get a rank up with her every time you hang out with her, and even with boosts from the shrine you'll probably get at least one instance where you just don't have enough affection points for a rank up.

IIRC, by the end of her co-op, she decides that she wants to start a coffee chain like the sort her grandfather ran, rather than continuing the burger restaurant chainher father converted their family business to, with Kouzou agreeing to it and asking her to let him handle the situation with Sugimura/her fiancee. So that's not really a problem by then.
