What aesthetic do you try for with your car?

What aesthetic do you try for with your car?

eg Do you drive an 80's wedge and dress in leather? or a 70's barge with a beige jacket?

tl;dr fashion and cars

you dress up to drive your car?

I drive a Subaru and wear a flat brim hat, does that count?

I like to dress in drag in my miata

I dress in sweatpants and a sweatshirt if it's cold or rugby shorts and no shirt if it's hot, in either my 60s muscle car, 80s German luxury coupe, or 00s Toyota truck. Not sure what aesthetic that is, maybe a fashion expert can let me know

>miats
>top down
>hawaiian shirt
>aviators
alternatively, if its cold or nighttime
>cozy sweater
>beanie

i wear a fedorah and drive my trusty 2004 Honda Civic replica from Fast and the Furious with only a few simple mods

>GenC
Regular black Adidas, black jeans, t-shirt, only up to a light jacket. It's my top speed car so it gets ungodly hot in the cabin.

>Esprit
My everyday clothes: loafers typically sometimes boat shoes, linen pants or cords in winter, linen button down, sweater if it's cold.

thats autistic

>not being naked to feel the most at one with your car

I don't really try to match my car, but I usually wear a short-sleeved collared shirt and dark blue jeans to work (marketing analytics)
>can also deadlift over 500 lbs
Business and muscle, seems to match

Hmm I have a Saab and some nice tailered clothes from Europe but I dont always put the two together

...

08 Milan, solid color tee tucked into jeans and a nice belt. Wear a worn Carhartt if it's chilly. Work boots all the time. I doubt that really matches the car

>Esprit

I drive american barge in europe so naturally when I go cruising and when I have issac hayes playing on the radio I'm dressed in tailored dresses or in summer hawain t-shirt with white shorts

I just wear what I always wear, dude.
I'm not trying to sound like a dick, but is dressing up to drive actually something people do?

>wearing clothes
>adding unnecessary weight

I think OP is asking if our way of dressing matches with the style of our car.
Not my case; I'm 22 years old and drive an old people car. I usually wear jeans, t-shirt and sneakers.

Ohhh, gotcha.

Yeah, I guess I can see that.

Those are pretty short shorts and pretty fruity swimtrunks for a guy. Looks like trap aesthetic to me.

I drive a 90's grandpa barge and I complain about negroes.

I drive a 3k civic with a wife beater and a caesar haircut.

I wear whatever is comfy, sweat shorts, t-shirt and sneakers usually. I drive a Ranger, so I guess my aesthetic is M E D I O C R E.

>boring fashion style
>boring car
Nailing the invisible nobody look.

I drove this with whatever I felt like because who gives a fuck how you dress when you're driving this

>oversized jeans
>wrap around sunglasses
>gel in his hair
>goatee/neckbeard
>slightly overwight
>graphic tee

I don't know, uh, lower middle class nerd with an older survivor pony car I guess.

>is dressing up to drive actually something people do?
Yeah, there's a few people that do it. They usually go for the James Dean bit or maybe the movie Grease look. I've never seen anything but 50's style though.

I dress as the moon

so a guy fieri?

or really that dude from smash mouth in their heyday

I don't actively try to dress to match my car, it just kind of happens. It's rough around the edges and so am I.

Is a nice car ashwhole

Drive an e30 m3 at night, blast synth wave, wear vape clothes. Pic related, my friend wearing vape clothes

Fuccboi 80s gym aesthetics.

White NA Miata with top down.
Usually wear a button-up shirt, slacks, loafers, aviators, and a nice chronograph watch.
I don't wear it to match my car though; I wear it because I'm cruising for boipucci.
