just got promoted and have a sign in bonus to lease a car $20k~ over 3 year lease.
I'm looking at Mercedes c43 AMG and BMW 430i.
Note the 440i is a more expensive lease than c43 amg which is why it's excluded.
Which one is more manlier and cooler?
430i probably coupe, and c43 amg sedan 4 door looks better IMO

New C's are kind of ugly and girl cars, but I'd go for that. Why not an M2?

I've never leased anything. How do leases work? Isn't the M2 cheaper than the C? Why would the lease be more?

m2 gets 0 discount, where as c43 amg gets $8-9k discount.

That makes sense. It'd be sweet to get the manual M2 and kick it around for a few years without a care in the world. I'd drive both, I guess, but I don't know how the 430 could make up the ~100 HP difference. I've never driven a 4 though, so take that with a grain of salt.
The way I'm interpreting OP is that his bonus includes the lease, not a $20K cash payment. Presumably so that the company can deduct it unlike cash.

I honestly can't think of anything better than the C in that price range if you can't get an M-something with a manual. Maybe an ATS-V or something, but I doubt that's under $20K given the lease pricing scheme.
You bought it to use right? So use it. A 20k lease is a non-benefit. Tell them to give you a raise or to give you stock options or more vacation or some shit. Or if you must lease something just get a V6 accord. You're obviously not an enthusiast.
