you don't talk to the horse check guy, you talk to the girl at the water trough while mounted

All of them, you generally talk to a girl standing outside near the horses while riding your horse.

Lizalfos on the path to Zora's domain use them. Not sure if there's one just sitting around the city or not.

There is one in a chest on the roof of the central building.

Shame bokoblins seem only able to catch low stat horses.

Diamond Circlet seems to give some hidden bonus damage to guardian/ancient weapons. I was doing some testing against a decayed guardian.

3 star Diamond Circlet

Guardian Sword++ - 40 attack
No helm = 52 damage (30% increase)
Ancient helm = 52 damage
Diamond Circlet = 62 damage (55%)
Ancient Proficiency set = 93 damage (30% * 80%)

Ancient Short Sword - 40 attack
No helm = 60 damage (50%)
Ancient helm = 60 damage (50%)
Diamond Circlet = 72 damage (80%)
Ancient Proficiency set = 108 damage (50% * 80%)

I also tried an Ancient Battle Axe++ and its bonuses matched the guardian sword. Weapons dropped by guardians get 30% damage increase against guardians, while the weapons made at Akkala Lab get 50% increase. Seems the Diamond Circlet multiplies another 20% in, but it doesn't apply to non guardian/ancient weapons. Affects damage against all enemies like Ancient Proficiency though.

No its just the innate bonuses of guardian/ancient weapons against guardians. Was mostly showing that Ancient Helm by itself doesn't give a bonus like Diamond Circlet.

It's somewhere on the same side as the Veiled Falls, and I think it's near some boxes/barrels. It's in the Domain, though.

That's overstamina. It's like an extra piece of stamina that goes away after you use your normal green stamina. It's like the overhealing yellow hearts.

Naydra? Teleport to the top of mount Lanaya (whatever it's called), camp to make it night time and glide off of the east side towards the vast ocean and look down. When it decides to show up it'll be coming around the mountain near wintre island. Keep camping and changing the time to night to cycle through the days until it spawns and when it does hit it, get the piece, teleport, don't change the time again, glide down and it'll be there again every time for the rest of that night.
