Since she does not have my car listed on her insurance, she does NOT drive my car. The only good way to get other cars covered is to rent them (up to 28 days) from an established car rental business or if the insurance company or dealer itself provided me a loaner car while repairs were being done to the car.

Now, there is one way to get coverage for the car if someone else drives it. That's if a stolen car report was filed with the police prior to any accident by her in the car. So I'd have to declare that she stole the car. Oooops that is harsh.
