I think in a post ME3 world, even if MEA were perfect, there'd still be a lot of people finding things about it to shit on

I actually like her voice, and I think her makeup is fine. It's just the overall shape of her face. Maybe it's poor lighting making it look bad, I don't know, but talking to her on the bridge of the Tempest just put me completely off her.

And it's not even that the character creator is completely incapable of producing attractiveness. Most of the male presets that I played with were easily sculptable into something good, and some of the premade faces I've seen in game (for example, the human female infiltrator in the MP) are actually kind of cute.

Someone deliberately had to make her look bad. A character's one thing, but a character the player is supposed to romance? Come on.

Haven't been reading the threads but what is everyone's problem with the game other than Animations?

The CC is the only thing I'm concerned about. I haven't had a chance to play the trial yet, but I keep hearing horror stories about people restarting over and over again because of how bad custom faces look in the actual game. I may just stick to the defaults if it's that bad.

Yeah, I am. The animations are awful, most of the character's faces look absurdly artificial, the dialog is shaping up to be awful, and I don't like any of the romances, but even shitty BioWare games are enjoyable to me. I hardly play any games but I get a lot of enjoyment of BioWare's games.
And the MP will be fun.
