What if there was an item that allowed you to cast a Blademail buff on an ally, like an upgrade of Blademail?

Its so you cant perma chain someone and he nerfed the mage ember and buffed all normal items he built before, bf, buriza..

Ember normal chains are on a 8 second Cd. So you need a hell of a lot more than 20% to reduce it to 2 seconds

He is still one of the best gank heroes, because tree movement can only be detected by shitty ward locations.
The nerf's aren't even nerfs, because staying inactive for 35 seconds is a lot, as well.

Monkeys problems is that he needs some items to work(i.e Basher + Echo Saber), and he is rather frail because he needs to hit 4 times to become a real hero.
He is like Pinochio: He wants to be a real hero, but Icefrog won't let him

I think he's going to be largely ignored and only played by south americans.

He is honestly a amazing hero, so long you don't go all in on Jingu Mastery, and use Tree Dance to gank, since its almost a permanent smoke.

I think he's going to be like bounty hunter/earth spirit only he'll scale better damagewise rather than utilitywise. An extremely annoying roamer that can be anywhere on the map, stealing bounty runes, ganking, forcing tps, making enemy supports lives a nightmare. Echo sabre is fairly mandatory, but he's fairly flexible when it comes to items. Lategame he's pretty much an ultbot, which is admittedly worse than BHs gold or ESs aoe stun/silence if he has subpar farm.

You know what would have been awesome with regards to Arcanas?

Aside from the special effects to the model and abilities, Arcanas should also change the model and voice of the hero to the opposite sex when you equip it.
